At STF, we ensure that every member of our security force undergoes comprensive training and is fully prepared for all challenges included in his/her profile Our trainig programs are benchmarked with global standards and adhere to all guidelines laid down by the Goverment of India.
Training sessions are regularly conducted every quarter and frequent refresher courses are also organized for our existing force to optimize performance levels. Additionally, our guards are also trained to operate technology equipment to meet today’s demanding security scenario. Once the force is appointed fora client, an in-depth brie training session is done on-site followed by posting of the guards after client approvals.
